About The Position
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Line Associate to join our packaging team. This position plays a key role in preparing, boxing, and palletizing our fluff product to meet daily production goals.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work at a steady, efficient pace
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Prior warehouse or production experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Pull fluff from bales and prepare it for packaging
- Assemble boxes and apply correct labels
- Accurately weigh and place 25 lbs of fluff into each box
- Tape and seal boxes securely
- Stack completed boxes onto pallets in an organized and safe manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Meet production expectations of 12–13 boxes per hour
