About The Position

The role at a glance Own the execution of a production shift and guide a team of 40–65 employees to deliver on daily commitments with strong cost control and consistent quality. What you’ll do Production delivery: Coordinate closely with the Scheduler to achieve the daily build plan. Work direction: Plan, distribute, and oversee tasks to keep lines running efficiently. Talent leadership: Interview, hire, and train team members to meet operational needs. Performance management: Conduct reviews, reward results, and administer discipline when appropriate. Issue resolution: Respond to complaints and resolve problems to maintain momentum. Data integrity: Ensure all required production metrics are collected and reported accurately every day. Quality stewardship: Champion initiatives that help the plant meet its quality objectives. Safety leadership: Ensure safety programs are put into practice, reviewed often, and updated as needed. Your leadership keeps the team aligned, the data precise, the quality high, and the environment safe—shift after shift.
