About The Position

Production Line workers organize dough on trays and pans for proper baking in ovens. They will also load and unload trays on conveyors. Clean areas around production while observing all safety regulations, ensuring GMP and quality standards are maintained.

Requirements

  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Should be familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and basic OSHA safety regulations.
  • Good communication skills to deliver valuable teamwork.
  • Able to follow and execute instructions.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Accurate, patient, careful, responsible, quick and alert.
  • Posses the ability to learn how to operate various production equipment.
  • Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Operating and maintaining production machines, inspecting and selecting the product.
  • Checking the quality of the prepared products.
  • Receive and ensure dough is properly placed on baking trays.
  • Setting up a topping dispenser may be required.
  • Receiving empty trays on a conveyor belt from the oven.
  • Cleaning trays and arranging them on pallets for reuse.
  • Organize, and stack pans on pallets.
  • Move stacked pans using a pallet jack to designated area.
  • Assist Mixer in lifting ingredient containers up to mixers.
  • Maintaining the production area clean and organized.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
