About The Position

The Logistics/Production Technician is a hands-on, dual-function role that supports both production operations and logistics activities. This position primarily works as a Production Technician while also assisting with packaging, labeling, shipping, and receiving as needed to support daily operations and coverage during peak periods or absences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
• Shipping and receiving or logistics experience
• Familiarity with packaging, labeling, and inventory processes
• Ability to follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety documentation

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with SOPs
• Perform basic troubleshooting, quality checks, and production documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Package and label materials according to customer and internal requirements
• Prepare and stage materials to support production runs and order readiness
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading/unloading and documentation
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
• Communicate effectively with Production and Operations teams
• Support cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives
