Requirements

  • 5+ Years in Industrial Maintenance required.
  • Extensive knowledge troubleshooting and issue resolution of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, circuitry, PLC, AC/DC drives, and welding fabrication required.
  • Intermediate math and computer skills and English written communication skills necessary.
  • Demonstrates proper usage of personal protective equipment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lifting up to 70 lbs., and work in hot environments on a constant basis.
  • Ability to meet objectives and deadlines with minimum supervision required.

Responsibilities

  • Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment including replacing motors, relays, and switches on varied machinery up to and including three phases 480-volt energy.
  • Performs preventive maintenance and maintains records to ensure safe, reliable equipment.
  • Serves as point person for production personnel in regard to preventative maintenance and problem equipment troubleshooting.
  • Diagnoses and repair forklifts, pumps, hydraulics, and other related equipment
  • Maintains and refills parts inventory
  • Provides prompt response to and resolution of unplanned equipment failures resulting in production down time.
  • Effectively communicates with machine operators and supervisors including equipment issues and safety concerns and in fractions.
  • Properly utilize Personal Protective Equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Related tasks as requested by supervisor.
