Ensure full compliance with OSHA and all safety programs; investigate incidents and correct issues immediately. Lead warehouse production activities including scheduling, workflow management, and process optimization. Develop and execute production plans to meet throughput, accuracy, and service goals. Manage production staff—assign work, monitor performance, and provide training and coaching. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to maintain timely, efficient output. Track inventory levels and material availability to support uninterrupted operations. Analyze production data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Maintain high standards in quality control, order accuracy, and customer service. Address escalated customer concerns and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Oversee departmental budgeting and ensure compliance with employment and workers’ compensation regulations.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehousing, quality services, and production.
Strong leadership skills with experience in warehouse or production management.
Knowledge of OSHA, safety compliance, and warehouse operational best practices.
Proven ability to manage teams, improve processes, and achieve performance targets.
Valid Driver’s License required
High School Diploma or recognized equivalent required
Criminal background check, Drug Screen, and Post Offer Pre-employment physical
