This role contributes to consistent production flow and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate values teamwork, accuracy, and a safety-first environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Experience with automated or semi‑automated equipment
- Forklift or material-handling experience
- Mechanical aptitude for minor adjustments or setup
- Prior work in a quality‑controlled production environment
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment according to established procedures
- Monitor material levels and replenish components as needed
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
- Document production data with accuracy and completeness
- Support quality control through inspections and testing
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety policies and use required PPE
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
