About The Position

Oversee and operates machines in a manufacturing or a clean room environment, maintains processes and procedures along with Safety and Quality manufacturing requirements.

Requirements

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Prior Plastics Injection Molding experience preferred.
Ability to learn and display an understanding of quality, safety, and process knowledge.
Capable of working with team members as needed.
Must be self-motivated.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Operates machinery and packs parts to meet quality and production standards.
Works with other operators to maintain and improve the working environment.
Maintain documentation and paperwork to support production activities.
Obtains training from Supervisor, Set-up personnel and Technicians to enhance knowledge and experience in all aspects of the operation.
Works with the Quality department personnel to ensure understanding and maintain current quality standards.
Responsible for the housekeeping and safety of their work areas.
Flexible and able to work in all areas assigned to meet customer requirements.
Ability to visually inspect product for common defects and pack parts per operator instructions.
Ability to work overtime.
