About The Position

We are seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for safely operating equipment, assembling and packaging ingredients, following strict quality and safety standards, and supporting sanitation and production goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Reliable attendance and ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal background check
Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment
Willingness to assist with other duties as needed

Nice To Haves

2+ years of manufacturing or production experience preferred (strong candidates with less experience will be considered)

Responsibilities

Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations at all times
Operate production machinery and automated equipment
Pack, assemble, and handle product ingredients according to specifications
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and consistency
Perform department sanitation and cleaning duties
Identify and report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance
Troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues as needed
Operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts (training provided if needed)
Use computer systems for production tracking and daily work activities
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
