About The Position

Located in North America’s wind belt, Davenport is at the forefront of renewable energy technology and has remained home to our largest manufacturing facility since 1927. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• May train on and be placed into any production job at the factory including Operator Process, Operator Relief and Operator Line.
• Effectively troubleshoot equipment, process, or product problems.
• Maintain knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts, 5S practices and continuous improvement operations.
• Be able to operate or learn to operate a fork lift truck.
• Conduct general sanitation activities including being trained in emptying hoppers and baler.
• Have the ability to run reports and manage data using computer-based technology.
• Must be open to working any shift, including 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts.
