About The Position

The Production Operator - Temporary will work in a team production-based setting to assemble and produce products to meet customer requirements and expectations. The Production Operator is charged with assisting operations in the launch and assembly of new products.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Adhere to all company policies and rules.
• Able to work in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Assembly products to customer requirements and company goals.
• Adhere to corporate, federal, and state employment policies.
• Adhere to all company policies and rules.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Perform Preventive maintenance/maintenance activities to support TPM.
• Lead efforts in developing, implementing, and maintaining the TPM system.
• Support MRO Planner with daily activities.
• Adhere to and support compliance to ergonomic guidelines.
• Participate when required in PFMEA and work instruction reviews.
• Identify and support continuous improvement projects (e.g., cost reduction, efficiency improvements, etc.)
• Assist with specification development for machinery and equipment.
• Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Support weekend and off-shift work as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Predictable and reliable attendance.
