Machine Operator – Day Shift Pay, Bonus & Schedule Starting Pay: $21.00+ based on experience Built-In Overtime: 3-2-2-3 schedule includes overtime in your regular rotation Quarterly Gainsharing Bonus: Eligible day one Pay Growth: Multiple increases within your first 2 years Weekly Pay: Get paid every Thursday Position Details Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Schedule: 3-2-2-3 rotation Work 3 days → Off 2 → Work 2 → Off 3 Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend Location: 3700 W Milwaukee Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53208 What You’ll Do As a Machine Operator, you’ll be hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment: Support safe, efficient production to meet customer needs Previous machine operating experience is a plus, but not required.
