About The Position

Overview 5A-1P M-FRIDAY Production Operator I Responsible for operating basic machinery and ensuring efficient production processes under supervision. This role involves following established procedures, maintaining safety standards, and performing routine checks to ensure product quality.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of machinery and production processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Computer skills including ERP systems.
• Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operates basic machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Loads and unloads materials into machinery.
• Monitors machine operations and reports any issues to the supervisor.
• Performs routine checks and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Adheres to all safety and company policies.
• Assists in troubleshooting machine issues.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
