About The Position

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals for our Production Packaging team in Joplin, MO. This role offers the opportunity to work with a respected company in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Packaging employee, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality, proper packaging, and timely preparation for shipment.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a stable work history.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Compliance with all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, including hair net, bump cap, ear plugs, safety shoes, and uniform.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs.
• Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure quality and safety.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain packaging lines efficiently to ensure smooth production flow.
• Palletize finished products and prepare them for shipment according to specifications.
