About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Planner/Scheduler to support a fast-growing manufacturing operation by planning and managing production schedules, capacity, and material flow in a dynamic, evolving environment. This role balances near-term execution with longer-term capacity planning, identifies constraints that impact output, and partners closely with operations, engineering, and commercial teams to support scale-up and performance improvement in a public-company setting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 2–4 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, production scheduling tools, and manufacturing KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills, adaptability, and ability to work cross-functionally in a lean organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with evolving processes or scale-up activities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules to align demand, inventory targets, and plant capacity.
  • Monitor operating limits and capacity utilization, identifying gaps, constraints, or bottlenecks impacting throughput and on-time delivery.
  • Forecast short- and mid-term capacity requirements and analyze variance against production plans, labor, and material availability.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, sales, and supply chain to align production plans with customer demand, new products, and process changes.
  • Analyze manufacturing and ERP data to track efficiency, production rates, schedule adherence, and other key performance metrics.
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports to support operational decision-making and management reviews.
  • Recommend and support process, workflow, and equipment improvements to increase capacity, reliability, and scalability.
  • Operate effectively in a changing environment where processes, systems, and volumes are still being built and refined.
