The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Production Planner, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Creating Production and Purchasing Schedules for area of responsibility to meet Service targets Utilizing Supply Chain tools and processes to make data-driven decisions to improve Service, Cost, and Inventory Identifying and leading cross functional projects across the business to effectively drive improvements in Service, Cost, and Inventory Providing a high degree of analysis to support decision making Publishing and presenting relevant metrics and results (ex. Aged Backlog, OTIF, NWI, etc.) Analyzing Capacity to determine alignment with Requirements Working closely with the Business to understand Customers and Forecasts Working closely with Operations to ensure alignment to business requirements by setting and maintaining target Inventory and Lead Times Actively managing working and non-working inventories in assigned businesses to maintain compliance and achieve targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Three (3) years of logistics, planning, manufacturing, or supply chain experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or higher in Supply Chain or Operations Management from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years combined experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, and/or manufacturing in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • ASCM (APICS) Certification
  • Experience with SAP
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) experience

Responsibilities

  • Creating Production and Purchasing Schedules for area of responsibility to meet Service targets
