About The Position
You will be the Production Planning and Control Sr Mgr for the Manufacturing Planning & Control team. Our team is responsible for end‑to-end manufacturing resource planning, material management, and production scheduling across multiple job functions. What You Will Be Doing As the Production Planning and Control Sr Mgr you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing group that drives manufacturing efficiency and inventory optimization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage multiple manufacturing planning, material management and MRP transactions (Make, Buy, BOM, MPS). Oversee production‑system integrity and implement inventory‑optimization strategies to reduce cost. Develop and maintain production schedules, recovery plans, and ramp‑to-rate plans. Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions for a team of 50+ employees. Partner with warehousing and shipping functions to ensure seamless material flow. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Demonstrated leadership and/or project management experience
- Previous experience with manufacturing resource planning and/or production scheduling
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
