Plan work by reading product fulfillment orders and blueprints with attention to detail, and follow precise configuration instructions Ensure you have what's needed to get the job done, including taking inventory of parts and replenishing stock Craft products using a variety of production equipment, including microscopes, soldering tools, automatic washers, magnet cranes, thermal testing chambers, sand blasters, etc. Join or secure parts using crimps, screws, solders, and hand tools Validate products meet tight tolerances and high Quality Control standards by evaluating materials and workmanship at every stage of production Work as a team to solve problems and deliver more value than individually capable What you need: Be at least 18 years old Prefer prior work experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or operations environment, but not required Prior soldering experience is preferred, but we will train Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently while working effectively in a team environment Apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of task with little supervision Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation): Must able to lift up to 50lbs Pushing, pulling, squatting, reaching, bending, carrying, lifting, walking Pick and pull material from workstation above shoulder level Wear steel toe shoes/boots meeting the OSHA standard ASTM F2413-18 Willing to work overtime, as required We're an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently while working effectively in a team environment
  • Apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of task with little supervision
  • Must able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Pushing, pulling, squatting, reaching, bending, carrying, lifting, walking
  • Pick and pull material from workstation above shoulder level
