About The Position

As a Production Specialist, you’ll be part of the North American B2C Operations team, responsible for ensuring an incredible tour experience for B2C customers traveling in the US and Canada. You will work on tours within both EF Go Ahead, EF Adventures and EF Ultimate Break products. Essential qualities for this role: Organization & attention to detail Communication Collaboration Relationship Management Resourcefulness & adaptability Team player Critical thinking & creative problem-solving Negotiation Analytical skills Product knowledge The role: As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for allocating and sourcing the right suppliers for meals, guides, and activities on North American adult tours. You will need to understand the target customer and product guidelines to ensure we are delivering a high quality and on-budget experience on every departure, that flows well. You will also need to liaise effectively with our suppliers, other operations teams, tour directors, sales and service, and market development teams. You will be responsible for keeping tight deadlines, communicating effectively, building and maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring budget and quality trends, and acting quickly to solve any urgent issues. Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage production responsibilities for a portfolio of tour codes – this includes responsibility for all meals, local guides, and activities within the portfolio
  • Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in managing details to avoid errors and achieve high-quality outcomes
  • Ability to maintain positive, loyal supplier relationships while also negotiating the best rates
  • Monitor quality trends and look for areas to improve our tour experience and tour flow
  • Collaborate with Market Development teams on new tour development, tour changes, and overall North American product strategy
  • Communicate with tour directors prior to departure to help ensure their success
  • Leverage AI to help make processes more efficient
