About The Position

The Superintendent leads safe, high-quality, and efficient operation of sheet extrusion, MFC, and related processes. Responsible for daily production performance in safety, quality, yield, OEE, staffing, and continuous improvement across a 24x7 operation.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of manufacturing supervision experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict management capability.
• Technical aptitude (mechanical/electrical/controls).
• SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of raw materials, product specs, and regulatory standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily/weekly operations ensuring safe, reliable, high-quality output.
• Lead safety, environmental, TPM, 5S, and customer requirement compliance.
• Ensure ISO/RC14001 and regulatory adherence.
• Deliver OEE improvements and manage downtime, yield, and productivity.
• Oversee quality inspection and adherence to specs.
• Manage Work Orders and documentation logs.
• Maintain 5S, ESP, and TPM standards.
• Develop and coach operators; manage performance and conflict.
• Ensure training compliance and required equipment licensing.
• Support 24x7 operations via off-shift availability.
