We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team and oversee the manufacturing of high-quality electrical control panels. You will be responsible for leading industrial operations, ensuring that all safety, quality, delivery and efficiency standards are met.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Electrical product manufacturing, specifically in control panel assembly preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, UL508A, and other related quality and electrical manufacturing standards.
  • Proven experience in reading and interpreting technical prints and designs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management software).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Enforce and improve safety policies and guidelines and lead safety programs in area of responsibility.
  • Ensure quality standards are met and targets established in the QMS are achieved.
  • Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees, as well as monitor their performance and progress from production start through shipment.
  • Accountable for On-Time-Delivery and maintaining a high level of service to our customers
  • Hire and lead assigned production staff and provide coaching, training, and feedback
  • Instill a continuous improvement mindset in the assembly operations team, and lead continuous improvement efforts with support of engineering and operations leadership
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, standards, and workmanship standards.
