Schedules needed: (A) Fri–Sun 8–5pm with two weekdays off (flexible), (B) Mon–Fri 8–5pm or (C) M-F 1pm-9pm What You'll Do: As a Production Support Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in logistical coordination from our corporate office in Lee’s Summit, MO. Your tasks will include: Using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Aspen’s proprietary software Reviewing work orders, insurance paperwork, and material invoices Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries Scheduling jobs with subcontractors, property owners, and sales reps Coordinating inspections with building departments Completing bi-weekly payroll for subcontractors Updating reports on pending jobs and accounts receivable We're looking for a self-starter with excellent communication and social skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
