About The Position

Tailor Made Compounding is looking for Production Support Specialist to help keep our operations moving efficiently and accurately. This role plays a key part in supporting the production line by building shipping kits, packing orders, and ensuring materials are ready and staged for fulfillment. Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse, packing, or production support experience is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

Build and prepare shipping kits to support daily production needs
Pack and stage orders accurately for shipment
Support the production line by ensuring materials are available and organized
Follow established processes to maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency
Maintain a clean, organized workspace in line with company standards
Work closely with Production, Shipping, and Operations teams to meet daily volume goals
