About The Position

What You’ll Be Doing Lead daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent aggregate plant operations. Coordinate workforce scheduling, task assignments, and operational priorities to meet production targets. Monitor equipment performance and partner with maintenance teams to support reliability and uptime. Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental compliance, and company operating procedures. Promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and team engagement. Work Environment This role operates in an aggregate production setting that includes exposure to varying weather conditions, moving equipment, noise, dust, and uneven terrain. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. The position involves walking, climbing, standing, and performing physical activities consistent with industrial operations.
