About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead daily execution of the production plan
- Coordinate workflow and sequencing between team members
- Monitor progress toward daily production goals
- Identify and escalate production, quality, or safety concerns
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and leadership
- Reinforce attendance, schedule adherence, and performance expectations
- Support training and job rotation within the team
