We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Team Lead to oversee and enhance our production processes. This role is crucial for ensuring operational excellence and leading our team towards achieving high-quality manufacturing standards. Lead shift production activities within the department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations Train and mentor department team members, including agency employees, in production processes and techniques Coordinate and streamline production activities within the department for optimal efficiency Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational queries within the department Monitor team performance and attendance, providing constructive feedback to the Supervisor or Manager Expertly manage production machines, serving as the subject matter expert in the department Communicate any operational issues or concerns to the Production Manager effectively Oversee production quality control to ensure compliance with quality standards Implement and maintain shop floor organization and cleanliness in accordance with 6S principles Adhere to and enforce company policies, procedures, processes, and general information Be open to undertaking additional responsibilities and duties as require This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
