About The Position

Wabash Plastics, Inc. is an established, family owned, plastic injection molding company seeking dedicated individuals to join our production team. As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in maintaining our high production standards. We offer an air conditioned, well lit, clean, and safe work environment. We are committed to employee development and offer opportunities for advancement within the company, including technical and supervisory roles. We operate 24 hours per day, 5 days per week. As such, every team member must be available to work any shift. Shift preference is given by seniority. Requirements

  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Able to work any 8-hour shift.
  • Available to work overtime to support production demands
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with others

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and equipment to manufacture products according to specifications
  • Complete production orders within set time frame while maintaining quality standards
  • Perform regular quality control checks to identify and address any defects or issues
  • Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished products
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Able to work any 8-hour shift.
  • Available to work overtime to support production demands
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
  • Ability to read and write in English
