As a Production Technician with Coca-Cola, you will perform production and quality activities in accordance with the Coca‑Cola Quality System, GMPs, and company policies to ensure product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This is a bargaining union position - represented by Local 773, International Brotherhood of Teamsters

Requirements

• High School, General Education or equivalent work experience.
• Possess and exhibit strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment; perform package filling, labeling, and accurate record retention per quality guidelines.
• Maintain manufacturing equipment and work areas, including cleaning and sanitizing tanks, piping, conveyors, and handling raw material deliveries.
• Move raw materials and finished goods using forklifts or warehouse equipment to support production and shipping.
• Inspect production and warehouse facilities to ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and operating standards.
• Implement and maintain the Coca‑Cola Quality System; calculate production yields and scrap to track material variances.
• Perform microbiological testing of ingredients, water, and finished products; inspect incoming ingredients and trailers.
• Communicate with team members to resolve issues, share feedback, and support business objectives.
• Identify and report non‑conforming activities to appropriate parties.
• Ensure accurate documentation and retention of records and statistics in compliance with policies and standards.
• Complete all other position related duties as assigned.
