About The Position

Ensure accurate completion of customers’ work orders as required on Production floor. Applies basic skills while developing some specialized skills in procedures, operations, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment appropriate to the production area. Work is performed within specific limits of established procedures and/or defined work instructions.

Requirements

• Three to five (3-5) years manufacturing experience including light assembly, packaging, shrink wrap and kitting
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and air assembly tools, familiar with woodworking equipment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all policies, procedures and protocols
• Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate safe operating procedures
• Ability to enhance knowledge and skills to accomplish job duties and promote career development
