Production Test Technician
About The Position
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Other duties may be assigned. Perform the selection of specialized test equipment, set-up, calibration, Helium leak testing and mechanical assemblies Knowledge on Transducer, Mass Flow Controller, Regulators and Pneumatic valves components Read Flow diagram drawings Troubleshoot / debug issues, isolate defects and assist in solving defects Work independently with moderate supervision lift to 50 lbs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Good visual and manual dexterity Strong understanding of related mechanics Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment Ability to interact with other members of the organization Strong verbal and written communication skills required Good MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and 10 key skills Education, Certifications and Experience 2-4+ years production or related work experience A.A. Degree or equivalent work experience, or any combination of education and experience Vocational or technical training or equivalent Digital and/or analog systems testing experience
