Join our Production Training Program and develop hands-on expertise in manufacturing high-quality Roof Trusses, Floor Trusses, and EZWALL® Framing Solutions. Requirements

• Must be Drug & Alcohol Free-We are a Drug & Alcohol-Free Facility
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be fluent in English or Spanish
• Must wear Safety Attire at all times: Steel Toe or Composite Shoes, Safety Glasses, and Uniform shirts
• While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time.
• Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
• It requires close vision, and depth perception three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, talk and hear.

Nice To Haves

• Construction, Carpentry, and General Labor experience preferred, but not required-Training program offered.
• High School graduate preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Production team members assist the Table Leader in the assembly of Roof Trusses
• Lifting and carrying lumber
• Inserting materials
• Cutting materials
• Plating
• Clamping
• Fitting parts
• Labeling
• Stacking
• Operating hand tools such as hammers and other machinery
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed
