About The Position

Production Trainer – Non-union Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry – Manitowoc, WI This position is not limited to one area. It plays a key role in strengthening consistency, reinforcing expectations, and ensuring employees across departments are trained properly from day one. The Production Trainer helps set the tone for how work is learned, how standards are upheld, and how confidence is built on the floor. In this role, you will: • Partner with Production Supervisors to update and maintain training plans and procedures • Train employees on department-specific processes with strict adherence to process sheets • Teach safe and proper operation of production equipment • Validate operator proficiency and maintain cross-training matrices • Monitor trainee attendance and performance • Provide mentorship to build both technical skill and accountability • Report training evaluation results to leadership

Requirements

• Be comfortable coaching employees with varying experience levels, with strong desire to mentor and develop others
• Have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant foundry experience
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge with a proven safety and quality record
• Communicate clearly and confidently across departments
• Maintain a team-first, safety focused mindset
