About The Position

McKee Foods is seeking a Production Utility worker to join our Production team. A production utility worker supports production employees ensuring that supplies and materials are in their proper places. Weighs and records scraps accurately. Is involved in minor equipment set up; cleans equipment in work areas, conducts visual inspections and operates a lift truck.

Requirements

Must have or be able to obtain an LTO license
Willingness to be flexible and perform other functions
Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and ability to work without direct supervision
Basic math skills
Demonstrated ability to interpret and follow written instructions
Willingness and ability to work in team environment
Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks effectively
Demonstrated ability to plan ahead and prioritize tasks
Ability to lift and/or move more than 100 pounds (assistance may be requested for anything over 50 pounds)
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
Good overall performance, safety, and attendance record
Knowledge of and adherence to company food safety, product purity, and departmental procedures
Ability to operate a walkie and lift truck
Ability to communicate and work with management, co-workers and other departments
