About The Position

We are seeking a safety-focused and detail-oriented Production Worker II – 3rd Shift to support blow molding production operations in Miami. The Production Worker II – 3rd Shift works under the direction of the Production Supervisor and plays a key role in monitoring equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting efficient manufacturing processes. This Production Worker II – 3rd Shift position involves machine monitoring, data tracking, and general production duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
6–12 months of manufacturing experience preferred
Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) certification required
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Ability to read and communicate effectively
Safety-conscious mindset with hazard identification awareness
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

Monitor blow molding machine performance using control panels
Record production data for process analysis and improvement
Monitor auxiliary equipment including hoppers, grinders, belts, and air pressure testers
Clear machine jams while following established safety standards
Assist with material and product color changes
Perform assembly duties on finished products
Rotate through general assembly tasks within the blow molding process
Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Report non-conforming products to Production Lead or Supervisor
Participate in sorting and reworking defective products
Perform basic testing and packaging of components
Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S standards
Follow all plant safety procedures, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) requirements
