Production Worker
About The Position
We are a growing chemical manufacturing facility operating in startup mode. Unlike many traditional manufacturing environments, we maintain a modern, quality-driven culture focused on precision and teamwork. Our production environment is contaminant-sensitive, as we manufacture materials that must meet strict customer quality standards. Attention to detail and cleanliness are critical to our success. We are seeking Production Associates to join our team. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Neat handwriting and strong reading comprehension
- Strong attention to detail
- Drug- and alcohol-free
- Must pass background check
Responsibilities
- Measure and mix raw materials according to documented processes
- Accurately record mixing data on paper for Quality Department entry
- Lift raw materials up to 50 lbs during production
- Measure finished product into containers (currently approx. 23 lbs per unit)
- Manually wrap pallets and label containers/pallets
- Follow standard shipping procedures
- Participate in weekly deep-cleaning day (all team members participate)
- Perform all steps of production as needed
