As a vital member of our production team, you'll play a key role in machining and assembling entire products, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in every task.

Requirements

At least two years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly line role, preferably in the construction of doors or similar products.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues that arise during assembly.
Attention to detail for inspecting materials and finished doors.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to read and interpret work orders.
Ability to manage time efficiently to meet production deadlines.
Adaptability to handle different tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools such as measuring tapes, staplers, nailers, drills, as well as machinery related to door manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Assemble interior doors by following detailed work order specifications, utilizing appropriate tools, materials, and components.
Operate and maintain the machinery used in the door manufacturing process.
Thoroughly inspect materials and components at each assembly stage to ensure they meet quality standards, and communicate any quality issues to your supervisor.
Manage and organize materials and components necessary for door production, and notify your supervisor when additional supplies are needed.
Rotate through the various stages of the assembly line to ensure an efficient production flow.
Package and scan finished doors, preparing them for shipment.
Clean work areas, break room, and restrooms by sweeping, mopping, and tidying up.
Follow all established safety rules and regulations to maintain a clean working environment.
