About The Position

Champion Silvercrest at 299 N. Smith Avenue, Corona, CA is looking for great people to join our team and perform quality work on the production line to build manufactured housing. By accurately reading a tape measure, blueprints, and orders, you are able to safely and expertly use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools to perform quality work. You keep your work area clean and well-maintained so that when there is a problem, you can easily report equipment faults to the maintenance staff. You love that you get to perform a wide range of duties throughout your day and never fail to keep quality and safety in mind. Every day is an adventure because no two days are the same in this exciting, fast-paced manufacturing setting. Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

Requirements

High school diploma
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
Must have a strong work ethic
Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically
Must understand safety procedures
Must have good teamwork skills
Must live the Champion Operating Principles
Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen.

Nice To Haves

2 years of verifiable experience in your trade is preferred.
Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired but not required.
Bilingual - Spanish a plus
