About The Position

Production Worker - Fertilizer Manufacturing Liberty Acres Fertilizer Corp | Darlington, SC Liberty Acres Fertilizer Corp is hiring a dependable Production Worker to support operations at our fertilizer manufacturing plant in Darlington, South Carolina. This hands-on role supports fertilizer production, plant operations, equipment operation, and material handling. Training will be provided on all manufacturing processes. Employees in this role help produce fertilizer products used by farmers and growers while supporting day-to-day operations of the plant. This position involves equipment operation, material handling, and general plant responsibilities. This is a full-time position with consistent hours and seasonal overtime opportunities. Who Does Well in This Role Employees who succeed in this position typically: Enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout the day Are dependable and show up ready to work Take pride in doing the job right Are comfortable working outdoors and in plant environments Work well as part of a small team Key Responsibilities Manufacture fertigation-grade liquid fertilizers Blend custom fertilizer formulations Manage and monitor fertilizer product inventory Handle dry materials used in fertilizer production Operate plant equipment including skid steer loaders Load and unload delivery trucks Maintain plant cleanliness and organization Assist with general plant maintenance and operations Qualifications Valid driver's license Experience operating equipment such as skid steer loaders preferred General knowledge of plumbing and some maintenance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, climbing, bending, and lifting Strong communication and teamwork skills Good time management and organizational skills Willingness to cross-train in multiple areas of the plant Strong work ethic and positive attitude Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment screening, including a background check and physical examination. Requirements

Valid driver's license
