Requirements

  • Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
  • Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed
  • Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery)
  • No contact lens allowed; prescriptive glasses will be provided
  • Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
  • Standing for full shift
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions.
  • Knowledge of simple measuring devices.
  • Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period.
  • This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials.
  • You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of machinery preferred.
  • Experience with production equipment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with quality testing.

  • Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues
  • Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

  • The hourly pay range estimated for this position Operator II, Manufacturing based in Connecticut is $15.26–$22.88.
  • This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
