About The Position

The Production Workflow Manager is responsible for supporting and maintaining efficient, accurate, and standardized production workflows within the production environment. This role focuses on day-to-day workflow execution, documentation, and continuous improvement across the Production Art and production operations teams. This position helps implement redesigned workflows, supports technology and system adoption, and ensures production teams follow established processes. The Production Workflow Manager plays a hands-on role in improving accuracy, reducing errors, and ensuring production workflows are clearly documented, understood, and consistently followed. This role emphasizes operational execution, coordination, and process discipline rather than strategic ownership.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Working knowledge of production workflows and operational processes
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to follow established processes and reinforce standards
Comfort using production systems, digital tools, and cloud-based applications
Clear communication skills and ability to support front-line teams
Accuracy and consistency of production workflow execution
Reduction in production errors related to workflow or file handling
Timely adoption of new workflows and systems by production teams
Quality and clarity of workflow documentation and SOPs
Responsiveness to production workflow issues and support requests

Nice To Haves

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Operations, Production, Technology, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

Support the documentation, evaluation, and ongoing refinement of Production Art and production workflows
Ensure standardized processes are followed across art intake, proofing, and production preparation
Assist in maintaining accurate, reliable production file retrieval processes for machine operators
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements to leadership
Support the rollout and adoption of new production tools, systems, and workflow changes
Assist with implementation of AI-enabled or automated production tools as directed
Serve as a point of contact for production teams regarding workflow-related system questions
Escalate system or workflow issues to appropriate leadership or technical teams
Assist with workflow transitions into the Fulfill Engine platform
Help test new workflows and validate process accuracy before rollout
Support training and reinforcement of Fulfill Engine and other workflows on the production floor
Ensure documentation reflects current system usage and procedures
Help translate documented workflows into clear, step-by-step instructions for operators
Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials
Provide frontline support to ensure teams understand and follow established processes
Communicate workflow updates, changes, and expectations to production staff
