Products Liability Associate - Orange County
About The Position
We are currently seeking 4th to 8th year associate candidates to support our Orange County Office's Products Liability Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Products Liability and/or Personal Injury litigation, including case management, all aspects of case development, and developed writing skills, including complex dispositive motions. Background and experience with Coordinated Proceedings and class action matters is preferred. Candidates should also be licensed to practice in California and have excellent academic credentials. The firm’s Products Liability Practice Group includes highly experienced attorneys who handle the highest stakes litigation, the most significant class actions, and the most difficult regulatory problems for their clients. Consisting of more than 20 trial lawyers, class action specialists, and regulatory attorneys, the practice group is trial-tested and versatile. Some of the industries our attorneys represent are amusement parks, apparel and footwear, automotive, aviation and drones, chemicals and pesticides, computers, consumer goods, electrical distribution equipment, heavy industrial equipment, food and hospitality, medical devices, pharmaceutical, sporting goods and fitness equipment and recreational products.
Requirements
- 4th to 8th year associate candidate
- Strong experience in Products Liability and/or Personal Injury litigation, including case management, all aspects of case development, and developed writing skills, including complex dispositive motions
- Licensed to practice in California
- Excellent academic credentials
