Molly Maid is seeking a motivated and flexible house cleaning professional to join our float team. This PART-TIME position offers a unique opportunity to learn our proven cleaning process and the potential to move to full-time based on performance and business needs. You will serve as a support role to fill in gaps in our schedule as needed, offering you a flexible schedule without nights, weekends, or holidays, and a compensation plan that allows you to influence your earnings.

Requirements

A team player with a great attitude!
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Valid Driver's License Required.
Must pass a background check.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
Availability to work 8 AM to 5 PM or later, with flexibility to fit team needs.
3 days/week minimum commitment

Responsibilities

Clean customers' homes following Molly Maid's standards to ensure satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
If acting as a team lead, manage schedules, drive the company vehicle safely, and maintain cleaning equipment.
