Land Surveying Project Manager Job Responsibilities Research historical maps, land records, previous survey results and land title information as needed to compare and verify measurements and boundary lines Create reports and maps according to customer or project requirements containing information from field measurements, boundary markers, and topographic features Prepare three-dimensional computer renderings of property features Communicate with field crew, data techs, drafters, and clients as needed Assist with development of project scope, deliverables, schedules, proposals, and job estimates Closely monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure projects will meet deadlines and budgetary criteria
