About The Position

The Professional Services Specialist will support Campfire’s Professional Services team by leading the design, configuration, development, and ongoing enhancement of Campfire’s product solutions. This role partners closely with customers to understand business needs, provide product training, document requirements, and support successful implementation and adoption of Campfire’s tools and processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.

  • Working knowledge of ERP and Business Intelligence (BI) systems.
  • Experience with or understanding of reporting software systems.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial forecasting, financial analysis, or cost analysis with exposure to product implementation or customer-facing work in a SaaS environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automotive or general manufacturing processes and best practices (preferred)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Statistics, Business Analytics, Informatics, or related discipline (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, maintain, and enhance Campfire product solutions for customer engagements.
  • Lead implementation activities and provide training to customers on Campfire products and workflows.
  • Assist with preparation and delivery of product demonstrations.
  • Gather and document customer requirements; work with technical teams to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, workflow changes, and comprehensive requirements.
  • Support the team during urgent timelines, escalations, and customer-critical situations.
  • Provide ongoing customer support via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
