What you’ll do: As a Program Administrator 2 in the Ohio Grants Partnership section of the Ohio Office of Budget and Management, you will support the administration in organizing and managing federal and state grant opportunities. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development and oversight of related procedures and policies, providing technical advice to agencies in the field of grant management, providing coordination, guidance and support on state-wide enterprise grants efforts, assisting with monitoring federal grant programs, and assisting financial reporting with identifying new federal programs or changes that impact the federal schedule. Requirements

  • 4 yrs. trg. or 4 yrs. exp. in business administration management science or public administration.
  • completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, management science or public administration; 2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position.
  • completion of undergraduate core program in academic field commensurate with program area to be assigned per approved Position Description on file; 2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position or staff position involving planning, research &/or policy/procedure development.
  • 1 yr. exp. as Program Administrator 1, 63122.
  • equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above
