The Program Advisor serves as a trusted guide for individuals exploring Fountain Life membership. In this consultative role, you will engage prospective members, educate them on our innovative health optimization programs, and help them take the first step toward a longer, healthier life. This role blends relationship-building, consultative sales, and exceptional service. Program Advisors partner closely with prospective members to understand their personal health goals, provide education around Fountain Life’s offerings, and guide them through the membership journey from initial inquiry through onboarding. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is energized by helping others, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about the future of preventative and longevity-focused healthcare. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who enjoys building meaningful relationships and helping individuals make important decisions about their long-term health. As a Program Advisor, you will work with prospective members who are actively exploring Fountain Life’s longevity programs. Through thoughtful conversations, education, and personalized guidance, you will help individuals understand how Fountain Life can support their health goals and guide them through the membership journey. Success in this role comes from building trust, listening carefully to member needs, and delivering an exceptional experience throughout the engagement process.

Requirements

  • Experience in consultative sales or relationship-based sales environments.
  • Strong communication skills across phone, video, and digital channels.
  • Passion for health optimization, longevity science, and preventative medicine.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, concierge medicine, luxury services, or membership-based sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound inquiries and conduct strategic outbound outreach to identify and qualify prospective members.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for Fountain Life through digital, phone, and video interactions.
  • Educate prospects on Fountain Life’s longevity programs, advanced diagnostics, and preventative health services.
  • Build trust with prospective members by actively listening to their health goals and tailoring recommendations accordingly.
  • Guide prospects through the membership decision process with thoughtful follow-up and engagement.
  • Own and manage your prospect pipeline from initial inquiry through membership enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activity within CRM systems to ensure visibility across teams.
  • Guide prospective and current members through the defined Fountain Life Customer Experience Journey.
  • Build strong relationships with members and prospective members to foster long-term trust and engagement.
  • Deliver exceptional service through prompt communication, clear information, and personalized interactions.
  • Provide feedback and insights that support continuous improvement of the member experience.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and team members to optimize outreach strategies and conversion outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
  • Share feedback on member inquiries, preferences, and emerging trends.
  • Coordinate with Fountain Life operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to active member.
