About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Program Analyst to join our dynamic team in Fairfax VA. Key Responsibilities: Work assigned requests and projects to include design, development, and testing of Microsoft Access/VBA and SQL Server based tools. Perform updates of documentation related to development efforts and support implementation in production. Support daily interface operations to and from external applications to Costpoint ERP system. Collaborating with stakeholders in other departments to come up with solutions. Provide Costpoint user support, documenting issues, troubleshooting, and general support of the software. Provide backup for department manager as needed.

Requirements

• Education - bachelor’s degree in information systems or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in software development using Microsoft SQL Server and stored procedures.
• 5+ years’ Experience in programming with Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), MS Access and Office applications.
• 2+ years’ experience using IBM Cognos.
• 2+ Years experience with Sarbanes-Oxley and implementing security best practices to safeguard sensitive data.
• This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
