Accountabilities Perform a broad range of administrative, analytical, and coordination tasks in support of a complex contract program. Serve as a SharePoint and Confluence site administrator, managing user access and permissions. Support program reporting and compliance efforts by coordinating feedback and formatting cross-functional deliverables. Maintain and track contractual modifications across teams. Coordinate the collection and submission of program deliverables to government customers. Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and background check processing. Support program planning by helping develop and track schedules and budgets. Participate in defining program requirements with the PMO and Scrum teams. Support project planning and task management through Jira. Interact with customers and stakeholders, including drafting communications for program events. Coordinate with marketing for content development related to the program. Capture and distribute meeting minutes and action items. Provide guidance on administrative processes to team members. Track and report on annual training requirements. Support business development activities as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach.

Nice To Haves

  • SharePoint administration and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of project management certifications is a plus.
