Clearance Requirement: Candidates must hold and maintain an active Top Secret clearance Work Location: Washington, D.C. Work Schedule (Onsite): Five (5) days a week, onsite at the customer’s facility Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Intermediate Program/Business Process Specialist to support a federal law enforcement customer. This position is responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of key operational projects. This role supports a variety of mission-critical tasks, including project tracking, stakeholder coordination, process documentation, and internal training logistics. The Program/Business Process Specialist will maintain project transparency through trackers, ensure alignment across teams, and develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support consistent execution.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be a United States Citizen and present proof of Citizenship, if selected
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five (5) or more years of experience
  • Experience working in collaborative sessions
  • Proven experience with business process re-engineering activities
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline processes, improve access to information, and eliminate process waste to improve organizational productivity and decision making
  • Ability to focus on the analysis and, when needed, re-design/refine workflows and processes within an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to help organizations fundamentally rethink how they do their work in order to improve customer service and cut operational costs
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Experience with Sharepoint and PowerBI preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects to include the planning, coordination, and execution phases
  • Oversee logistics by tracking and implementing an execution timeline of ongoing projects
  • Coordinate with field offices and other headquarters divisions/entities on project logistics
  • Maintain official records on project logistics
  • Oversee internal training requirements, internal meeting and staffing logistics
  • Create and maintain a transparent unit tracker for projects
  • Create and update SOPs for all necessary programs
  • Identify, create, and implement changes to enhance operational efficiencies
  • Assist with a cross-section of deliverables and taskings as determined by management
  • Conduct effective briefings and presentations to internal and external stakeholders, as appropriate
  • Draft professional, polished, and effective written messaging to key stakeholders
  • Oversee DSAC portal managing access requests, facilitating approvals, posting content, and troubleshooting user issues
  • Manage Membership Operating Agreement, collecting and maintaining data
  • Create voting data for voting sessions of the DSAC Member Engagement Committee (4x a year)
  • Ensure resources for private sector coordinators are maintained and accessible (within SharePoint)
