This non-State position is responsible for assisting with audits for various affordable housing programs. A significant aspect of the work involves the interpretation and application of state and federal rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Incumbents will keep abreast of frequent affordable housing policy and program changes at both federal and state levels. The incumbent works within Housing Management and assists with various functions of the Section8/Public Housing/Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) applicant intake for the Waiting List and Program Compliance.
